Real estate CRM for channel partners and brokers

The lead was yours. Prove it six months later.

On 22 May 2026 MahaRERA dismissed a registered agent’s brokerage claim. He had no written agreement and could not show he was the effective cause of the sale. 6Degrees is the real estate CRM that produces both of those, as a by-product of a normal working day.

1 to 3.5%What a developer pays on booking. Your entire economic claim on that money rests on having tagged the buyer first, and today that claim lives in a WhatsApp screenshot.

A screenshot is not evidence. It is an argument you are having later.

You met the buyer in February. You called them nine times. You drove them to the site on a Sunday. In August the flat is booked under another dealer code and the CRM head says the tag was not on the system. What you have is a chat thread with a date you could have typed yourself.

6Degrees writes the date on the server. Your browser cannot set it and neither can anybody else’s. Every call you log after that is a create-only record: the database rules refuse to backdate it, edit it, or delete it. Six months later that stack is a document instead of an argument.

The strength of a claim is computed, not claimed. Here is the whole ladder.

  1. 1/

    Asserted

You registered the buyer. The server set the date. You could not have set it yourself, and neither can anyone else.

  2. 2/

    Corroborated

You called nine times and booked a site visit. Every one of those is a create-only record the rules refuse to backdate, edit or delete.

  3. 3/

    Acknowledged

The buyer tapped a link and confirmed you introduced them. That tap is the counterparty’s own word, and it outranks every timestamp in the system.

Any claim exports as one dated evidence pack: the engagement terms, the server timestamp, the other side’s confirmation, the site visit and the full interaction timeline. It is built to be attached to a claim, because a brokerage dispute has no forum of its own.

Five screens. No sub-navigation anywhere.

A broker changes screens twenty times an hour and should never have to find the navigation first.

Today

A short list with reasons, not a wall

One ranked queue every morning: who to call, why they surfaced, and what happens if you skip them. It can be drained. A pipeline of four hundred cards cannot.

Contacts

One person, one record, one identity rule

Buyers, brokers and developers in one book, deduped on the last ten digits of a mobile. The buyer you have called nine times and the buyer named on your claim are the same person to this system, which is what makes the nine calls count as evidence.

Pipeline

A board that lets a deal move backwards

Stages with staleness, and a card moves on a tap rather than a drag. A pipeline that refuses to go backwards teaches you to lie to it, and a CRM that is lied to has worthless numbers.

Scan

A visiting card becomes a contact

Point your device at a card or a hoarding, paste the text, and the extractor pulls mobile, landline, email, city, company and RERA number, each with a confidence and a reason. It proposes. You confirm. It never decides.

Ledger

What you are owed, across every developer

Accrued, eligible, invoiced, paid and disputed, each with an ageing count, and TDS under 194H computed per line so you see the net that will actually land.

Two men shaking hands and smiling after a meeting

Built for the channel partner, not the builder who bought the licence

Every channel-partner tool in this market is issued by one developer and lives inside that developer’s instance. A partner empanelled with seven builders holds seven logins and no single view of what is owed. The question you actually have, which of my tagged leads converted across all seven and when do I get paid, is answered by nobody.

That is the whole product. One ledger, spanning every developer you work with, that belongs to you and leaves with you.

  • 1/The channel partner running three to twenty-five people, empanelled with several developers.
  • 2/The developer’s pre-sales floor, measured on confirmed site visits.
  • 3/The NRI-facing broker. One product in the entire Indian market ships an NRI feature, and it is lead routing.

The price, on the page

One Indian vendor gates a two-user plan. Another’s pricing page asks your budget. An identical seat from a third is listed at three different numbers across three resellers.

₹1,999per user, per month

Questions a broker actually asks

What is a referral ledger in a real estate CRM?

A referral ledger records who introduced which buyer to which project, when, and what happens to that claim over time. It has a server-set registration date, a validity window, a rule for what happens when two brokers claim the same buyer, and a commission line at the end. Most real estate CRM software stores a referral as a note on a contact. A note has no deadline and no rival.

Is 6Degrees a CRM for channel partners or for developers?

For the channel partner. Every other channel-partner tool in the Indian market is issued by one developer and scoped to that developer’s instance, so a partner empanelled with seven builders holds seven logins and no single view. 6Degrees is the partner’s own ledger across all seven.

How does 6Degrees prove I introduced the buyer?

Three ways, stacked. The registration date is written by the server, not by your browser. Every call, message and site visit is a create-only record the database rules refuse to edit or delete. And the buyer can tap one link to confirm the introduction in their own words. Any claim exports as a single dated evidence pack: the engagement terms, the timestamp, the confirmation, the site visit and the full timeline.

Does it read a visiting card with the camera?

Not yet, and the page in the product says so in one line. Your device already reads text better than we can, through Live Text on an iPad or Lens on Android. You point, copy and paste. The extractor does the rest and tells you which fields it is guessing at.

What does 6Degrees cost?

₹1,999 per user, per month. Month to month, no setup fee, no minimum seats, cancel inside the product. Alpha is free. Every signup is approved by hand while it is. In a market where one vendor gates a two-user plan and another asks your budget on the pricing page, publishing the number is the point.

Can I get my data out?

Any day, without asking. Contacts, timeline, claims and commissions, in CSV and JSON. Cancellation is a button in the product. No exit interview and no notice window.

Where is my data stored?

Mumbai. The database runs in Firestore’s asia-south1 region, which is a DPDP data-residency decision rather than a latency one. Your contacts, claims and commission history never leave India, and you can pull all of it out in CSV and JSON on any day you like.

Does it work on a phone at a site visit?

It is built for a tablet first and a phone second. Nothing tappable is under 44 points and nothing is smaller than 13 pixels, because it is used standing outside a sample flat with one hand on a car door.

It is an alpha, and every signup is approved by hand

This page says that rather than dressing it up. The claim ledger, the evidence pack and the confirmation link all work today. Camera capture, WhatsApp ingestion and portal ingestion do not. If you work with more than one developer and you have ever lost a commission you earned, ask for access and tell us which deal it was.
